The blog is a unique space where we can expand upon the dialogue created by speakers and the C-Sweet community. We’ll share success stories, updates and more.

First, let’s talk about the C-Sweet community and who we are. C-Sweet attracts women from Fortune 1000, middle-market and fast growth companies.

C-Sweet is a national organization dedicated to women at the executive level. We want women to work together to create business and meaningful social change, the root of which is one-on-one relationships. We have curated women like you – top of your game, seeking to meet peers across industries.  

C-Sweet includes CEOs, CFO, COO, CIO/CTOs, CMOs, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and Founders across industries.  As every company uses different titles, you’ll find that attendees are executive management.  We include women in technology and finance.  Technology being leading edge, and finance as we must bring money to the table.

In 2017 we launched C-Sweet in a conference room in Los Angeles with 40 in the room.  Today we are a national organization with chapters in LA, New York, and Chicago.  

In 2022 we are launching a chapter in Washington DC Metro area (DMV), with an eye on San Francisco. We ultimately see each chapter as having its own regional programming as well as national participation. Coming up, we’re looking forward our first annual conference at a destination resort.

C-Sweet programming including top notch speakers, as well as Women on Boards, a Business Roundtable, and fun local events. We have topics for all levels and interests.

While knowing people in your industry is important, C-Sweet is unique from other organizations as we are broad in scope, meaning you have greater opportunity to network and expand.  

No woman ever stands alone. You’ll find C-Sweet is extremely inclusive and diverse.  Circles open and you are immediately welcome and drawn into conversations where your opinion is valued.  

Several things make C-Sweet stand apart. In addition to top notch speakers and fun events, we facilitate introductions and help women to network with each other. During live programs we introduce everyone so that you know exactly who you need to meet. On Zoom events, we allow time at the end for general networking.
