Beth has extensive management experience, having worked for renowned companies such as Northrop Grumman, Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union, Met Life, AOL/Time Warner, and presently The Boeing Company. Throughout her career, Beth has successfully overseen large teams of over 500 employees, managed budgets of $120 million, and led IT Software Contract Negotiations resulting in multimillion-dollar awards. In addition to her role as Co-CEO for C-Sweet, Beth has 10+ years of experience in corporate and non-profit boards.
