From taking Williams-Sonoma Inc to nearly half a $1B in Sales to launching Hearst Corporation’s first digital arm, Serin Silva has seen the ins and outs of the business world for 20 years. She’s now a successful emotional intelligence coach, working with women to level up their careers. Serin has worked with women from Genentech, Patreon, Airbnb, Microsoft and Twitter/X. Serin is an invited member of Harvard Business Review's Advisory Council.

Michele Ashby
President & CEO, ACE LLC
Michele Ashby is an accomplished executive and engaged independent director with over 20 years of collective corporate board experience on six different boards, as well as more than 20 years of experience serving on non-profit and trade association boards. As the Principal and Founder of Ashby Consulting Enterprises LLC (ACE), she is dedicated to training and certifying 1,000 women for corporate board positions through the ACE Board Certification Programs. She is also the Principal and Founder of Corporate Directors International, LLC (CDI), which provides training and certification materials for board candidates with a specific focus on board governance, financial acumen, and the responsibilities and liabilities of directors.
In addition to her work as a director and founder of two successful companies, Ms. Ashby is a subject matter expert in finance, mining, and corporate boards, and is a sought-after keynote speaker and executive business consultant. She currently serves as an Independent Director for the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum. In 2022, Ms. Ashby was named one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in Colorado and one of the Top 100 Women in Mining Globally.
