Smart Wealth is an interactive strategy lab designed for accomplished women leaders who want to deepen their relationship with money, wealth strategy, and long-term decision-making in a thoughtful, collaborative environment.
Together, we’ll create a part 2 to our session in April, exploring real-world financial questions in depth that many successful women are navigating:
• How do I outlive my money?
• What should we understand about investing in today’s market?
• How do we prepare for uncertainty, healthcare costs, retirement, and longevity?
• How do we make confident decisions when the future feels increasingly complex?
This session is designed to be practical, engaging, and honest — a space to problem-solve together, ask the questions many people avoid asking, and strengthen the strategic thinking behind our financial choices.

Financial Advisor
Erin Childs is a financial advisor who partners with accomplished women navigating leadership, responsibility, and change. She began her career with Edward Jones in 2001 and has spent more than two decades helping clients make thoughtful, confident decisions about their money—while gently reminding them that clarity usually matters more than perfection.
Erin is known for creating a space where complex financial conversations feel approachable, grounded, and human. She works closely with women to align wealth with what matters most—family, career, impact, and the elusive idea of balance.
A mother of four sons and a former competitive powerlifter, Erin understands what it means to carry real weight, both literally and figuratively. She often jokes that after raising four boys, very few financial conversations feel intimidating—and she brings that same calm, capable perspective into every room she enters.
