Meet the Speakers:

Julie Rutherford
Senior Director of Sales, The RealReal

Julie Rutherford is a Senior Director at The RealReal. TRR is the leading luxury consignment business, both online and in brick-and-mortar.  Julie joined The RealReal in March 2018  and has responsibility for all Sales Supply Efforts in two channels: Trust and Estates and LSA.  The team has over 55 Sales Associates driving supply for The RealReal nationwide.  

Prior to joining TRR, Julie worked for InterCall/West Corporation for 20 years, (now known as Intrado) leading West Coast Sales and Service Teams delivering Cloud Services for the world’s largest corporations.  Julie lives in Southern California where you can find her when she is not traveling to watch baseball:). 

Leslie Duskin
Senior Manager, Product Management and Innovation, The RealReal

Leslie Duskin is a Senior Director at The RealReal, leading the product team responsible for technology innovation to support operationsteams for the heavily managed marketplace.

Lelie is passionate about strategy, ML/AI and great design with over 20 years of experience in retail e-commerce and supply chain logistics innovation and execution.

Pandora Ovanessian
Technology Sr. Consultant/Board Advisor, CMTC and Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Pandora Ovanessian is a technology executive with over 22 years as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) experienced in startups, mid-size to multi-billion dollar global operations. Consulting career at Ernst & Young. She has diversified expertise in strategic planning and tactical execution, product development, ERP selections and implementations. She has extensive experience in selecting relevant innovative technologies, leading the technology lifecycle and cost-effective secure infrastructure.

She has proven abilities in driving agility with innovative technologies for quick returns on investments. She has diversified industry experience in manufacturing for medical device, pharmaceuticals, retail, aerospace and apparel. As CIO, she contributed in delivering on innovation and high growth for companies: Diality Inc., Community Pain Center, Thermo Fisher/One Lambda Inc., Golden State Foods, NASA JPL, Alpha Therapeutics/Baxter and ARAMARK.

Pandora currently serves on the C-Sweet Executive Committee, and as an Advisory Board member for Corenova Technologies and Caltech Entrepreneurs Forum.

At California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), Pandora is a Technology Senior Consultant leading the consulting practice and providing interim CIO services. She is dedicated to helping leverage technology investments, increase revenue and productivity for the manufacturing industry.

Pandora earned her MBA, Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management and BA from University of California, Los Angeles. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, University of Redlands.

Alison Burnham
Chief Data & Analytics Officer, RepairSmith

Alison Burnham is a career data scientist with more than 30 years of experience spanning large companies, agencies, and start-ups. Prior to joining RepairSmith, Alison served as a data science consultant for a variety of retail and technology clients, and was the Chief Data Scientist for Emotely, a social network startup.

Previously Alison spent seven years as the CIO of ScoreBig, an opaque ticketing marketplace startup, running pricing and analytics. Before that she worked for several marketing agencies specializing in customer analytics and marketing ROI.

Alison holds a PhD in Mathematics from McMaster University and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Statistics from the University of Waterloo. She is an active organizer and speaker at seminars and conferences on the topic of Applied Analytics.

Terrisa Duenas
CEO, Duenas Consulting and Creator, ESTE

Dr. Terrisa Duenas is an advisor, consultant and executive for startups, mid-cap business units and organizations in aerospace, medical devices and global relief. She shows management teams how to leverage their most complex challenges to align stakeholders, accelerate innovation, and increase profitability. By seeing the arcs, analytical trends, and root causes that unify teams with technologies with customers, she transforms visions into actionable roadmaps.

She is a “CXO” for an angel investor group’s portfolio of emerging companies. She is CTO for their longest running LA CleanTech startup, Drywired and CEO for two of their spin offs. Previous experience includes Physical Optics Corporation, ITW Opto Diode, and NextGen Aeronautics. Education includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, PMP and Agile Certifications, a pilot’s license and scientific scuba diving certification from UCLA.

Terrisa is currently on the C-Sweet Executive Committee.
