Meet the Moderator
Lacey McLaughlin
Executive Coach and Consultant
Co-Founder, Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches
Lacey is an executive coach and talent management professional with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering cutting-edge consulting services to Global/Fortune 100, midsized and entrepreneurial-led start-up companies. She is the President of LLM Consulting Group, Inc. which focuses on executive coaching, talent management, performance management, leadership development and diversity and inclusion, as well as the Co-Founder of Business inSITE Group. Lacey also Co-Founded and served as CEO of a Coaching Technology start-up leveraging her experience in creating and leading teams to develop and launch a mobile coaching platform. She has almost 20 years of experience helping leaders deliver business results by focusing on clearly identified personal and organizational goals. Lacey advises all level of leaders with a particular emphasis on leadership transitions and leadership effectiveness coaching. She has worked with leaders across functions and has designed, implemented and facilitated large-scale change, strategy, coaching, and learning and development initiatives.
Lacey spent more than 9 years as the Director of Executive Education at USC’s Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) in the Marshall School of Business. Her role focused on running two lines of business that translated thought leadership into programs, leadership development, and consulting offerings. While under her leadership, CEO’s Executive Education and Learning programs were ranked in the Top 5 of all Leadership Development Programs by Leadership Excellence Magazine. Before joining CEO, Lacey managed the Los Angeles region’s largest portfolio of business and clients as a human capital consultant for Personnel Decisions International (PDI Ninth House – Korn Ferry).
Lacey has worked with clients across all industries including aerospace, automotive, entertainment, retail, financial services, professional services and technology. Lacey was selected as a member of Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches; she has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal regarding coaching and mentoring and has co-authored articles on Employee Resources Groups (Diversity and Inclusion) and Leadership Development. Lacey has a BA from Whittier College and holds an MBA, with a focus in Leadership and Management.

Jeff Hasler

Jeff is a senior level programming and content creation executive with a proven track record in developing and managing a pipeline of highly successful programming across multiple platforms.
He has worked across the media landscape as a Producer, Director, Writer and Network Executive, and has been involved in the production or commissioning of Emmy and Academy Award winning projects that span a wide variety of non-fiction genres, from cable hits such as Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Man v. Wild, and Cash Cab, to documentary feature films including Man on Wire and Werner Herzog’s Encounters at the End of the World.
Jeff is a motivational leader who excels in leading teams through rebranding and change initiatives, by combining creativity with strong operational, business, and strategy skills.
Sara Gershfeld Litvak, MA, BCBA
Chief Executive Officer, Behavioral Health Center of Excellence
Sara is the Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, an organization dedicated to ensuring and encouraging safe, effective, equitable, patient-centered healthcare. She founded BHCOE after serving as a consultant for numerous state and governmental entities and insurance companies designing quality assurance processes to ensure that ABA organizations provide clinically sound services. Sara’s perspective on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion issues have been published in ethics textbooks and cited as best practice when creating equitable organizations. She has published articles and book chapters on a variety of topics including ethics, diversity, equity, and inclusion, quality assurance, outcome measurement, value-based care, and the use of technology in behavior analysis. Sara was recently awarded the Women in Business Woman of the Year Award for the Commerce Industrial Chamber of Commerce for her commitment to transforming care for people with autism and their families.
Anjelica Garcia
CHRO and SVP, Red Bull North America
Anjelica is CHRO and SVP at Red Bull North America. She leads all HR functions for the US and Canada, giving wiiings to people and ideas with 5000 employees across Beverage, Distribution, Media, Records, and Soccer.
Anjelica joined Red Bull in 2017 after leading Human Resources for TrueCar. Previously, Dr. Garcia worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment in a number of senior HR roles and introduced Global Talent Analytics and Talent Management to the organization.
She began her HR career at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California, a leading research institution in organizational effectiveness. There she partnered with organizations in all areas of human capital consulting and managed all learning opportunities. She previously held a similar role at the Center on Philanthropy and Public Policy, focusing on non-profit organizations and began her career in publishing.
Anjelica holds a Doctorate in Education Psychology with an emphasis in adult learning and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
