Kristin Pierre
CEO, ImPower Strategic Management
Kristin Pierre is the CEO of ImPower Strategic Management and former Director of the Office of International and Philanthropic Innovation at U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Kristin also previously led the Environmental Protection Agency's efforts in strategic engagement with philanthropy whereby she established relationships with major foundations and philanthropic national and regional organizations and affinity associations.
Linda Fowler
President and Founder, Regionerate LLC

Regionerate LLC is a woman owned consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD. The president, Linda Fowler, has extensive expertise in community and economic development, inclusive innovation, and re-engagement strategies for individuals who are unemployed or underemployed.Regionerate has an orientation towards equitable outcomes and increasing the degree of inclusive planning and decision-making processes and structures to deliver viable solutions and long-lasting impact.
Blakey Emmett
Cross-Sector Partnerships and Corporate Responsibility Leader
Blakey Emmett has more than 20 years of experience creating and deploying corporate responsibility, cross-sector partnership, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Throughout her career, she has navigated complex global organizations in corporate, foundation, and NGO environments to build strategic alliances that integrate business and community needs.
At Sodexo, Blakey built its community relations effort “STOP Hunger” in North America and then led global expansion of what became its signature Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. With Pact, an international NGO, she directed its Corporate Engagement practice, training and counseling country leads and technical staff to partner with the private sector to expand impact. Now an independent consultant, Blakey offers partnership strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications support to corporations and NGOs.

Bonnie Green is an established leader in the areas of ethics, compliance, privacy, and safeguarding with proven experience at an executive level in the public and private international sectors.
Bonnie recently founded Green Consulting LLC to provide customized ethics, compliance, privacy, and safeguarding services on an ad hoc basis and to serve as an in-house advisor on a temporary, ad interim, part-time or other basis.
