Dayna L. Harris

Partner, Farient Advisors LLC

Dayna L. Harris is a partner with Farient Advisors and has more than 20 years of experience providing advice on executive and board compensation. She focuses on designing incentive programs that align compensation with business strategy and value creation for shareholders. Prior to joining Farient Advisors, Harris was a principal at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, and previously held other executive compensation consulting roles at Sibson & Company, SCA Consulting, and Mercer, and an investment analysis and portfolio management position at an investment firm. Harris has been a speaker on pay and performance, disclosure, and regulatory topics for NACD, WorldatWork, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, the Council of Institutional Investors, and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. For three years, Harris was named to the NACD Directorship 100, the prestigious list of the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom.

Veronica Lah

Partner, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLC

Veronica Lah is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance and general corporate representation.

Veronica represents clients on buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, divestitures, business combinations, restructurings and buyout transactions, public and private equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings and SPAC transactions, and secured financings. She also provides counsel on formation, joint venture and other corporate matters.

She has represented companies, investors, private equity firms and investment banks in corporate transactions spanning numerous industries, including healthcare, financial services, media and entertainment, technology, retail and consumer products, real estate, energy, cannabis, manufacturing and insurance.

Prior to joining the firm, Veronica was an associate at an international law firm in its New York office, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and general corporate governance.

Katherine J. Blair

Partner, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLC

Katherine J. Blair is a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Her legal practice focuses on corporate, securities, finance, venture capital, emerging companies and merger and acquisitions. She works with companies (public & private), entrepreneurs, boards of directors, investment banks and investors in a broad range of transactions. including IPOs, secondary, registered-direct, at-the-market, PIPE and Reg A+ offerings, as well as private offerings.

She advises on SEC compliance, filings and disclosures, corporate governance, tender offers, going-private transactions and stockholder matters, including proxy proposals and contests, Her goal is to help navigate the complex corporate, securities and governance landscape so that her clients can successfully achieve their operational and liquidity goals.

Matthew Raidy

ESG Advisory Senior Associate,  RSM US LLP

As a member of RSM’s ESG Advisory practice, Matthew supports clients with the integration of ESG into their risk management, corporate strategy, and public disclosures. A strong competency in the fields of finance and accounting has allowed Matthew to specialize in sustainable finance and financial services.

Matthew focuses on providing guidance to companies early in their ESG journey, including the alignment to ESG frameworks, strategy development, end-to-end process documentation for ESG data collection, and preparation for reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, for pre-IPO clients, Matthew assisted in developing RSM’s proprietary ESG IPO Readiness Methodology which provides guidance on how to incorporate ESG into prospectus and 10K disclosures that are compliant with SEC requirements, as well as the impact that strong ESG performance can have on their valuation as they prepare to go public.

Matthew has also assisted financial services clients with the development of GHG inventories in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard, including the development of internal controls around GHG data and preparation for disclosure in relevant ESG Frameworks.

Through client experience and diligent research, Matthew has acquired a strong understanding of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, the Global Reporting Initiative, the Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics, the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

Trish Beltran

Manager, ESG Advisory Services,  RSM US LLP

Trish Beltran is a Manager in RSM’s ESG Advisory practice, with a background in assurance, technology integration, and business transformation. Trish’s role on the ESG team spans across managing the overall operations of the practice that includes client service delivery, methodology development, strategic projects, research, and thought-leadership. Her past experience working as a technology consultant at The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and a large West Coast gas company – with a focus on leveraging technical solutions – has provided her with expertise in business process improvement, specifically focused on financial and non-financial data processing.

Trish leads RSM’s ESG technology partnerships, assessing the various capabilities of platforms and understanding the strengths each brings to provide the best technology that will enhance the overall integration of ESG amongst the needs of RSM’s clients. Trish has experience in facilitating software selection assessments, including business requirement gathering, vendor short listing, vendor comparison, demonstrations, and evaluations. In addition, Trish has mobilized and executed Project Management Office (PMO) functions for projects that range from two months to three years with multiple workstreams and cross functional teams to ensure successful testing and implementation. Additionally, Trish is RSM’s Culture Diversity Inclusion Generation National Brand and Strategy Leader, promoting ESG throughout RSM.

Previously, Trish was part of RSM’s assurance practice and specialized in both the Commercial and Financial Services industries, including banking, private equity, and real estate, where she performed substantive tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues, such as completeness and accuracy of data, while also assessing risks and recommending changes as needed to improve company controls. Trish’s past roles in RSM has provided her with experience and expertise to identify and resolve reporting issues while also assessing risks and recommending changes as needed to improve the client’s controls – a key aspect of ESG reporting strategy and framework development.

Within RSM’s ESG Advisory practice, Trish leads projects across industries and provides guidance to our clients in maturing their ESG journey through developing project portfolio and roadmap of initiatives to achieve an optimized future state process, as well as enabling the continuous evolvement of a Company's ESG maturity. Trish is also a thought leader and a key contributor in the development of RSM’s proprietary ESG Rapid Assessment Methodology, ESG Due Diligence Methodology, ESG Integration with Technology Methodology, ESG Report Builder Methodology and overall go to market strategy.
