Ian Ziskin, President of EXec EXcel Group LLC, has 40 years of experience as a business and human resources leader, board advisor and member, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, teacher, speaker, and author. His client base and corporate work span the aerospace and defense, automotive, chemical, consumer products, education, electronic components, energy, entertainment, financial services, health care, high technology, information technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail, and telecommunications industries, among others. He is the Co-Founder and Partner of Business inSITE Group (BiG), a strategic partnership focused on coaching, leadership development, and HR transformation; Co-Founder and Leader of the Consortium for Change (C4C), a community of coaches and consultants; and Co-Founder of the CHREATE Project, designed to address the future of work and HR.
Ian’s global business leadership experience includes 28 years in Chief Human Resources Officer and/or other senior leadership roles with three Fortune 100 corporations – Northrop Grumman, Qwest Communications, and TRW.

Helen Norris
Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Chapman University
Helen Norris is the Chief Information Officer at Chapman University. She has responsibility for all aspects of technology at the university, and also oversees the University Library. She has over 30 years’ experience in IT leadership roles. Helen holds a BA in Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and an MA in Computer Resource Management and Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, and is a certified project manager and a fellow of the Educause Leading Change Institute. She serves as Board Chair for EDUCAUSE (educause.edu). She is a member and former Chair of the Board of Trustees of the National Endowment for Financial Education (nefe.org) and for the Southern California Society of Information Management (scsim.org), and previously served as the Director of the Sacramento Women in Technology International network (witi.com). Helen is a nationally-known expert on Technology and Cybersecurity in the Higher Education sector, and recently testified before the Senate HELP Committee on this topic (https://www.help.senate.gov/hearings/cybersecurity-in-the-health-and-education-sectors).
Randi Thompson

When Randi Thompson visited an orphanage in Kazakhstan 25 years ago, she saw teens forced to move out with no place to go, no skills, and no hope. Inspired to create a new future for these kids she went to work building Kidsave programs, and she hasn’t stopped since.
Kidsave works to increase awareness of the plight of children living in orphanages andfoster care, both domestically and worldwide, with the goal of moving children out oforphanages and foster care and into permanent families and connected to caring adults.Since 1999, Kidsave has worked with more than 20 governments and directly served more than 15,000 children find families. Through advocacy and training of partners, Kidsave has impacted the lives of more than 570,000 children around the world.

Sophia Kristjansson specializes in diversity, equity & inclusion, change management, people strategies, and executive coaching.
