Arielle Ross is a makeup artist turned business owner. Ross is the CEO and founder of Relevation Beauty, a cosmetics company entirely rooted in a women empowerment platform. From product to philanthropy, women come first. Ross has established herself as an industry expert through her work as a makeup artist with celebrity clientele, speaking as a thought leader at top universities, collaborating with art institutions and participating in global conferences which advance gender equality. With 10 years of experience as a makeup artist and a lifetime makeup consumer, Ross has identified systematic gaps in the beauty industry on all levels - from production to customer service - and is determined to bridge those gaps.
Now more than ever, businesses drive society economically, but they also drive culture. Relevation exists to make the world a better place – to improve the lives of women. The makeup sales are just the means to be able to do meaningful work.
