Meet the Speaker
Rachel Brasso, J.D.
Vice President and Trust Officer, City National Bank
Rachel Brasso is a Vice President and Trust Officer with City National Bank’s (CNB) Private Banking Team. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she serves as a trusted fiduciary adviser and subject matter expert for colleagues and their clients across all lines of business. She administers estate and trust accounts for clients in coordination with their trusted legal and tax advisers and collaborates with internal and external partners on potential new opportunities.
Ms. Brasso has over 16 years of experience advising and overseeing fiduciary accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families, business entities, and charitable organizations. Ms. Brasso is a native San Franciscan and Lowell High School graduate. She attended Boston University, graduating magna cum laude, earning a B.A. in philosophy, and later graduated from San Francisco’s Golden Gate School of Law, where she received her J.D.. During her time in law school, Ms. Brasso also published and edited articles for Law Review. She is a member of the Washington State Bar and the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.
In addition to her work with CNB, she serves as a General Director on the National Council for Jewish Women-SF and the Robin Brasso Social Justice Committee, named in honor of her late mother. Lastly, Ms. Brasso serves on the CNB LGBTQ Alliance Steering Committee and is a member of the Personal and Professional Development Subcommittee.
