Helen Norris is a nationally-known expert in Information Technology, Data Analytics and CyberSecurity. Experienced Non-Profit Board Member & Chair. She has recently retired from the role of vice president for information technology and CIO at Chapman University, where she was responsible for leading the university’s information technology strategy and services, and oversight of the University Library.
