Dr.Maryna Yudina
Cognitive Performance & Leadership Specialist | Neuroscientist | Founder, Quant Synaptic Solution & Pacific Neurocenter Inc.
Maryna Yudina is a neuroscience-driven cognitive performance and leadership specialist who helps leaders sharpen decision-making, protect cognitive capacity, and perform at the highest level under pressure. She began her career as a family doctor in Odessa, Ukraine, where she pioneered a groundbreaking U.S.–European initiative to establish family medicine in her region. After moving to the United States, she advanced into hospital leadership roles in Alaska and California before founding two companies dedicated to cognitive performance and leadership excellence.
With a background spanning medicine, neuroscience, and executive coaching, Maryna blends science with strategy to unlock resilience, clarity, and bold decision-making for top performers. She is the creator of the Cognitive Elevation Program, leads a Brain Longevity Program, and is a member of the Global Longevity Association. She is also known for her neuro-due-diligence assessments, using advanced brain mapping and neurofeedback to guide CEOs, investors, and high-achieving professionals worldwide toward mental clarity, energy management, and sustainable peak performance.
Beyond her professional work, Maryna is an avid golfer, passionate tennis player, and finds her reset point near the ocean—where clarity, strategy, and creativity come together.

Account Manager at BlueWave
Sage Frankwitt is a Federal Account Manager at BlueWave Resource Partners, where she specializes in supporting federal clients through strategic talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Local to the Tampa Bay area, Sage focuses on building strong, long-term partnerships within the defense and government sectors, aligning mission-critical needs with high-performing professionals. She began her career as a contractor working at a safe house, an experience that shaped her commitment to service, discretion, and operational excellence. Sage holds dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University, bringing a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to her work. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves as Chair of Professional Development for the NDIA Tampa Bay Chapter, supporting leadership growth and industry engagement within the defense community.
Michelle Harris
Account Manager at BlueWave
Michelle Harris is an Account Manager at BlueWave Resource Partners, where she specializes in engineering and technology talent acquisition across the utility and hospitality/travel sectors. Based in Miami for the past three years, Michelle focuses on building strong, long-term partnerships with leadership teams, aligning strategic hiring initiatives with business growth objectives. She began her career supporting an engineering startup, helping scale the organization from 20 to 120 employees in two years, before transitioning into executive-level search. This experience shaped her consultative approach and deep understanding of organizational growth and leadership dynamics. With six years of experience in staffing, Michelle is passionate about relationship-driven recruiting and creating meaningful connections that drive long-term success for both clients and candidates.
