In today's complex risk landscape, organizations face an array of challenges that necessitate a holistic approach to risk management and advisory services. This framework encompasses key areas such as cyber security, AI and data privacy risks, insider threats, and regulatory compliance.

The Strategic No: Reclaiming Boundaries Without Sacrificing Success

How many times have you said “yes” when you were already running on fumes? As executive women, we’re often conditioned to overextend ourselves—to say yes out of politeness, obligation, or the fear of missing out.

But what if “no” could be your most powerful leadership tool?

In this talk, we’ll explore the psychology behind people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the very real fear of being perceived as "difficult." You’ll learn how to reframe “no” not as a rejection—but as a strategy. One that protects your time, your energy, and your mental well-being while still advancing your career goals.

It’s time to stop apologizing and start leading with clarity. Your "no" might just be the key to your next breakthrough.

Join C-Sweet for a highly interactive monthly session facilitated by Dr. Bonnie Wims, Counseling Psychologist. Dr. Bonnie runs this monthly program the 2nd Weds of the month at 12 noon PT / 3 pm ET.

Are you prepared to inspire confidence in your stakeholders when the next crisis hits your business?

Have you been caught off-guard by demands for clear and consistent messaging calm panicked internal team members or external key partners when a crisis has loomed on the horizon?

Do you struggle for mental and emotional clarity in making decisions and communicating them with confidence when the available information is ambiguous and the environment is uncertain?

Since the spring of 2020 leaders and businesses in every category have experienced some degree of operating in a crisis-environment or mitigating a potential crisis. Securing sustained engagement and advocacy from those who matter most to your business is a necessary skill as uncertainty continues to surround the economic and business landscape.

When is it time for relationship and trust building and when is it time to exert confidence and authority? Understand the core storytelling devices that generate the most engagement and how they vary based on the demographic of your audience.

Lead through all business environments while minimizing the emotional effects and scarcity mindset. Make confident decisions that will calm and inspire your stakeholders to get what you need when you need it at any point in a crisis timeline.
