Maria Simone has more than 30 years’ experience in Fortune 1000 management, start-up expert, transformational business and funding strategist, author speaker, award winning executive producer and impact investor. Currently, Maria serves as Co-Founder of United Tiny Homes and Solare Villages, which are two companies revolutionizing the housing sector by creating scalable investment opportunities as well as purposeful solutions in the rapidly growing manufactured housing space. United Tiny Homes has emerged as one of the nation's fastest-growing manufacturers, with a plan to scale production to 500 units annually. Solare Villages transform cash-flowing RV parks into robust tiny home communities containing solar grids, community centers and EV charging stations. Her combination of corporate leadership experience, capital raising expertise, and successful track record in real estate development positions her as a trusted steward of investor capital.
