Meet the Moderator
Cristina Chen-Oster, CFA
Founder and CEO, M2M Capital
Prior to founding M2M Capital, Cristina served as the Head of Americas Distribution for S64, a global Alternatives Solutions business committed to optimizing private market access. Her responsibilities at S64 followed her 13-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, where she led institutional solutions distribution and equity structured products to consistently receive top tier league table recognition. Cristina’s experience also includes lead coverage roles at other global investment banks, such as Goldman Sachs and Natixis. During her career, Cristina has been responsible for over $60bn in alternative product transactions.
Cristina is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a mission to connect and support women leaders. She has held leadership positions in women networks at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Some of her initiatives over the past two decades have been featured by financial publications such as Bloomberg and Fortune.
Cristina is a CFA charter holder and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from MIT.

Alison Smith

Alison Smith has been guided by her north stars of integrity and compassion since an early age. Central to her identity is a dedication to helping people and solving complex problems related to wealth and purpose. As a lifelong learner, she approaches every opportunity with an open mind, recognizing that everyone has something to teach and something to learn. Alison values hearing others' stories and experiences, believing they contribute to her wealth of knowledge and make her a better leader.
Throughout her professional journey, Alison has gained insight into how families and foundations approach investing. She thrives on being at the forefront of impact investing, alternatives, and navigating complex family challenges. Christine C. Bailey
Senior Vice President, Business Development - US Investment Research, Aranca
Christine joined Aranca to leverage her sales and business development skills in order to showcase Aranca’s financial research products to clients within the Fixed Income arena.
Before joining Aranca, Ms. Bailey was a Director of Fixed Income, Global Markets, in New York City for ABN Amro, a global bank based in the Netherlands. Her expertise in the financial arena includes multiple facets of debt, including high yield, distressed debt, convertibles, private placements, and equity. Prior to ABN Amro, Christine was associated with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She spent much of her sales trading career at R.W. Pressprich as part of its High Yield/ Distressed credit team in New York. Christine is well versed in credit analysis, having previously held senior positions at Dresdner Bank as Vice President of their Mergers & Acquisitions Restructuring group and at The Bank of New York Mellon as AVP of Corporate Banking. She received her MBA degree in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, and BA degree in English from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
In addition to her business background, Christine is philanthropically involved with multiple charities. She serves on the board of both alumni organizations (Lehigh and NYU) and serves as Contributing Committee Member at Integrity House in Newark, NJ, and the Fortnightly Women’s Club in Summit, NJ. She was also Treasurer for the New Jersey Festival Orchestra based in Westfield, NJ. Christine’s interests include spending time with her family, global travel, wine tastings, and singing karaoke.
